Order Dispatch
We aim to have all orders shipped within 1-5 business days
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive these details please reach out to us a hello@ruffsupplied.com.au. Also ensure you have checked your spam folder.
Shipping Costs
Domestic Australian:
- Standard shipping is $5.50
- Express shipping is $9.50
International:
- $20 AUD for USA and Canada
- $15 AUD for New Zealand
Shipping Timeframes
We pack each of your orders by hand ourselves, so our delivery timeframes can be a touch longer on occasion, however, rest assured that we'll always get your order to you as quickly as we can!
Standard timings are:
Standard Shipping: 4 - 14 business days
Express Shipping: 2 - 7 business days
International Shipping: 10 - 20 business days.
