The journey behind Ruff Supplied

Our journey began with a shared vision between Jo and Fallon - two individuals united by their drive to make a difference.

Jo, with her experience in the mining industry, knew firsthand the discomfort that came with wearing hard hats day in and day out. Over time, this discomfort led to visible damage, prompting Jo to create a solution.

What started as a personal struggle soon became a mission to help others in the hard hat-wearing community. After experimenting with various designs, Jo developed the perfect solution; a reusable, sustainable sweatband that protected hair and reduced discomfort while being eco-friendly.

But the journey didn’t stop there.

Jo and Fallon, had a chance meeting back in 2023, and with an initial spark, a clear alignment and unending passion, a new partnership was made!

With Fallon’s extensive business and marketing expertise, she partnered with Jo to take this idea to the next level. Together, they’re working to create a brand that stands for more than just comfort - it’s a brand with purpose, built to foster community, sustainability, and innovation.
