Mulberry Silk Sweat Band 2.0, an extension of the original 1.0, protecting all touch points of the hard hat, including hair breakage and hair loss associated with friction, breakouts, and general damage associated with pro longed use of hardhats. Last but not least these sweatbands will also increase your comfort when wearing hard hats regularly.

Created to reduce your impact these sweatbands are designed to wash, wear and repeat for up to 6 months plus.

Lifespan

We have tested our sweatband in the RUFFest conditions with daily washing and recommend a product life span of 6 months before replacement.

Absolutely amazing

Absolutely love the mulberry silk sweat band 2.0 I will be purchasing more.
So soft, instantly noticed no breakage of my hair that my hard hat normally gives me, I was surprised at how many days I got out of the sweatband, I’m normally changing my disposable ones every day, I got three days out of my ruff supplied.

Got one for my every day helmet. I work in an environment that has lots of particles in the air and the work supplied foam inserts turn into exfoliation inserts after a day. The silk has been a game changer. Stops the breakage on my hair from the back of the helmet. And stops the abrasive rash I used to get on my forehead. If you’re not sure, bite the bullet. You won’t regret it 🫶🏻 I need to buy another one for my hot work helmet!
