Our Rotation Bundle – Full Coverage Mulberry, was built for workers spending long hours under a hard hat and wanting full protection across the forehead, hairline, scalp and crown day after day.
Because when you’re sweating through shifts, dealing with constant rubbing from your harness and throwing the same damp sweatband back under your lid every morning… your head cops it.
This bundle gives you full coverage where you actually need it most, while also giving you multiple sweatbands to keep on rotation throughout the week. Helping reduce sweat build-up, irritation, pressure points and hair breakage caused by everyday hard hat wear.

Coverage
The Full Coverage Rotation kit covers all touch points of your hardhat, including the harness assembly and fabric straps at the top of your hardhat.
Lifespan
We have tested our sweatband in the RUFFest conditions with daily washing and recommend a product life span of 6 months before replacement.

Fitting
Start by attaching the Mulberry Silk 360 Sweatband, securing each piece with velcro, then continue by attaching the Crown Sweatband to the fabric straps inside the hard hat.
