Our Starter Bundle – Half Coverage Mulberry, was designed for workers wanting extra comfort where it matters most, without full head coverage under the hard hat. Protecting your forehead, hairline and the top pressure points caused by your harness assembly, this combo helps reduce rubbing, sweat build-up, irritation and hair breakage from everyday wear on site.
Because after a full shift, the last thing you need is your hard hat leaving your head feeling cooked.
This bundle gives you targeted coverage in the areas that tend to take the most punishment, while still feeling lightweight, breathable and comfortable under your lid. No bulky feeling. No thick padding. Just smoother, softer protection where you actually notice the difference.
Perfect if you’re new to Ruff, wanting to test the waters, or simply prefer less coverage under your hard hat.
We recommend having two sweatbands on rotation for best hygiene and performance. But if you're starting your hard hat hair protection journey, this is a bloody good place to begin.

Coverage
The Hair Breakage Sweatband Starter Kit - Half Coverage, covers the front section of your hard hat as well as the crown of your head.
Lifespan
We have tested our sweatband in the RUFFest conditions with daily washing and recommend a product life span of 6 months before replacement.

One Size Fits All.
Fitting
First, secure the Mulberry Silk 1.0 Sweatband to the harness assembly using the velcro, then secure the Crown Sweatband by velcroing it to the straps at the top of the hard hat.
